Idag var en riktigt skön dag, jobbade 7-15 sedan ett två timmars arm/axel pass, hem o äta och soffhäng 😉 Ikväll blir det att lägga dig tidigare och sova ut! Nu är jag ledig i två dagar 💪😍 Ha en riktigt härlig kväll 😋💕

Been loving @benchblokz to both overload & get comfortable handling heavier weights as well as triceps work at the end of my bench days.
Today I ended with 3 sets @185 AMP got 10,9,9(shown here) #buildthebench
so i triiiiied to take videos of my arm workout today but i got really self conscious and couldn't find a good enough angle 😔(that and i don't have enough storage) butttt here's a little snippet of my dumbbell curls from earlier! i tried to focus on high reps and low weight while also focusing on contracting my muscles slowly throughout my sets. i like this photo a lot because you can see my veins and the mini pump i have going on
Frustration is knowing you can physically do something, but not mentally feeling it. This is exactly what happened last night.
Just remember that you're not always going to have amazing sessions and lifts change due to so many different factors prior to your session. So don't beat yourself up about it. You'll get there! 👊🏼 #motivation
