Day 17: Lowers practice. Worked all night to land the MATW and finally got it! I built my way up from ATW and CO individually on my strong foot (right), and then progressed into an ATW HTW combo to get used to lifting my left leg after the ATW on my right. This really helped me get comfortable jumping off my left leg while performing the ATW on my right, eventually landing it after a lot of close calls. Neglected my left foot today, tomorrow is going to have to be almost all weak foot training.
