Orange: carrot, turmeric, ginger & orange🍊
Purple: Blueberry & coconut milk & magic sprinkles🍇
Green: cucumber, mint, lime, Apple, broccoli & spiralina🍀☘🌳 Pink: Raspberry, coconut milk, magic sprinkles & honey
Red: watermelon & beetroot🍉
Hot weather here and my guys will be munching on these all day. I sometimes use these when they are hungry and whining for for before dinner ready. Seems to buy me a good 10 minutes.
Tip: mixing veggies with some fruit is a great way to get extra veg in. Fresh apple and orange juice sweeten things beautifully so if you're using fresh orange juice add some carrot and turmeric for a powerful immune boosting hit.
Add the green ones to other colours if you are having issues getting greens into kids.
I use fresh cold pressed juice - as processed juice has little nutrition or vital force and often added sugar.
When you make them yourself - zero preservatives and crap - maximim nutrition to build healthy kids!
