Bone Broth-- We have been playing around with a ton of new recipes in the kitchen. Kefir, Sauerkraut, Pickling, today (last 36 hours) we tried bone broth!
It is fantastic for your immune system and digestive health plus it is super easy to make!
# -Bones (2 lbs) -Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)
-Celery (4 stalks) -Carrots (4) - Onion ( 2 Medium size) - Garlic (4/5 cloves) -Whole Pepper Corns -Thyme (3 sprigs)
-Bay Leaves (3 leaves) -Water (Cover the bones)
Chop it all up, mix in a large pot, add enough water to cover the bones, bring to a boil, simmer 24-48 hours, enjoy! #championshiplifestyle #healthandwellness
