My health and wellness journey has been exactly THAT--a journey. I'm far from perfect and nutrition has got to be my hardest pain point. I try my best most days to get in as many nutrients as possible. But then, there are days when nutrients are the furthest from my mind. Same goes for my workouts, I have days where I'm on level 10 with motivation to get a good workout in. Then, other days my fuzzy socks and Netflix sound WAY better.
That's the whole thing about health and wellness. It's all about finding and creating YOUR balanced lifestyle. Not anyone else's. There's no one magic way to live or be or a fix-all magic pill to feel 100% better in an instant (even though it sure would be nice, right?!) 😉
I'm here to be honest and tell you it isn't easy. It's hard every day to get myself going in the morning and stay focused all the day long on my long term goals. But I do it because I'm committed--day in day out, good or bad, to reaching my goals one step at a time.
Every day may be different but there's NEVER a day I regret pushing play when it's over. I'm sweaty, satisfied and most of all proud. Proud to check it off my to-do list and proud of getting one step closer to where I want to be. 💖
