Excuses, excuses, who's got excuses? 🙄
I know I DID.
I WOULD workout, but I don't have time or extra money.
I know I SHOULD make healthier choices, but I don't know where to start.
I COULD make dinner, but I'm too tired, so I'll just go out.
I know alllllll the excuses in the book; trust me. I used to make them! How'd I get here, doing yoga and PiYo every.single.day? How'd I decide it was imperative to cook AT HOME or bring food to work (I work at a restaurant....), and not eat out / at work because it's more convenient? How'd I decide to be sure I was getting the right nutrition, instead of not eating for days at a time? 💭 I put my priorities in check. I stopped looking for external reasons to lose weight or "get thin." I stopped living to try to "fit in" or to please others. 💡 I changed my mindset. I found the internal drive to take hold of my life, and to become the person I want to be. I went from thinking that I wasn't enough, to believing that not only am I enough, but also that I am strong and capable of making positive changes. I started living for MYSELF, and not someone else. I decided I was worth it, so instead of just WATCHING 🙈 others succeed, I ask myself "why NOT me?" I struggled. I still struggle! Sometimes I want to give up. But you know what? I show up every day, because I AM WORTH IT, and SO ARE YOU!
