Yes...we all get those mornings when you cant decide if to have a plain green banana smoothie or a clean green lemon cheezecake flavoured smoothie. So.....i made both 🌱🍌🌿 RECIPE:
2 Large handfuls baby spinach
1 frozen banana
2 TBS vanilla clean protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup raw yoghurt
Hanful ice cubes
Hemp seeds, to top
Blend until creamy smooth. You can add water if u like runny smoothie but i love mine thick n creamy 🌼
With today i divided mixture and to 1 mixture added 3 drops doterra lemon...cheezecake in a bowl.
If you blend 1/4 raw cashews in smoothie mixture even tastes creamier 😉
Yes...i have included 2 ingredients that say on packaging, 'not for human consumption'...but, i believe society wants us to believe this due to the benefits of these 2 particular ingredients.
My gut loves it and feel promotes its health and healing.
Oh....and my view while eating brekkie on my deck. Yes...i chew my smoothies haha. Great for digestion 🍌🌿
