Tired. Just recovered from being sick and not eating/sleeping properly. Wanted to nap, chose to work out(after a lot of inner whining). Did I do my normal,full work out. Hell no. I picked one of my 'go to' ones and took it down from three to two sets. Enough to get the blood moving and the muscles awake but not over doing it. In the same boat? Here's how I motivated my inner 'I dooooonnnn't wanna dooooo it' self.
Step 1. Turn on the tunes. Bob the head(still kinda tricking myself into the work out at this point)
Step 2. Pull out the work out clothes. Dancing by this stage(good song really helps)
Stage 3. Put clothes on. Doing some pretty bad ass/bad dance moves by this stage. Blood is a flowin'.
Step 4. Have your work out in mind(you should be singing out loud by now, pulling off dance moves you would/should Never do in public), in the area you will be working out and ready to go.
