Transformation Tuesday! :D
I'll never forget that hot summer day back in 2011 (left). I was biking with my parents at the Antietam Battlefield. It was definitely a hot day, I don't think I had hydrated properly, nor was I properly fueling myself on a daily basis.
Maybe 10 minutes before this photo was taken, I was puking in some bushes, due to the above reasons - overexertion + dehydration + bad nutrition.
I wasn't regularly exercising, or watching what I ate, or even taking hydrating all that seriously.
Today, I finished a heart pounding 40 min cardio routine, have been doing my best to take care of myself and stay hydrated, while also fueling my body properly. No puking, no feeling like I wasn't hydrated enough or like I hadn't been fueling my body.
This is what I love about Beachbody: each program gives you everything you need to succeed. Everything, down to the eating plans, are laid out for you, so there's no guessing or having the stress of planning it all on your own.
And when hooked up with a coach, you have the accountability you need to keep you going. It all boils down to fitness + nutrition + support = success.
