I escaped to Morocco for lunch!
Maybe not literally, but via the flavors of this carrot salad I made, I was totally there! I am however, looking forward to taking a vacation SOON, especially with how great I feel and having the urge to buy some new bikinis!!👙 Lunch was a Moroccan Carrot Salad with Power Greens. The carrot salad dressing was made with olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, CINNAMON, parsley and sea salt. Yes, a dash of cinnamon was added and gave amazing flavor to a simple salad of shredded carrots!
