Here is my lunch I packed for today's long school day! Just some lean ground beef, roasted potatoes, and edamame + a complete cookie 🍪 😋
I always had the idea that packing lunches was so difficult (lazy af) which brought me to regularly buy overpriced meals and snacks at various places on campus. But really, it's not that hard at all!! I think one of the biggest things that has helped me stay on track whether it's eating healthy, making sure I finish all my homework on time, or finding time to go to the gym is PLANNING. At least the way I work, I will be a complete mess if I don't plan things out. I love writing down what I have to do in my planner and it feels so nice to check them off when I complete them! I highly recommend getting a planner if you can.
Meal planning has really helped me stay on track with eating healthy and it's also saved me so much money in my final year of college!
