Intermittent fasting is a helluva lot easier when you have a lie in! 🛌TBH I'm finding it easy anyway...most mornings I don't get hungry until 10/11 but have to fit in breakfast around work earlier at 8ish. So all in all intermittent fasting works for me! I've been making my own bulletproof coffee to keep me going 🏃🏽I've read a lot about BPC & tbh I think just using good quality coffee ☕️ (I use @roundhillroastery ) is just as good as the "the toxin free" stuff they promote. Prepare to buzz your head off with this stuff!
• 2 tablespoons grassfed organic butter (unsalted)
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil • 2 teaspoons maple syrup • mug of good quality espresso topped with hot water
Whizz it up in a blender & drink straight away. Super frothy, creamy & hours of energy 👊🏽👌🏽💃🏽
